La actividad incluía la asistencia de un guía de habla inglesa, el cual no se presentó. El conductor nos subió hasta la zona peatonal y nos recogió 2 horas después. Eso sí, de trato muy agradable. Desde la empresa no se nos indicó el porqué de dicha ausencia. Aún así, es un lugar digno de visitar.

The activity included an English-speaking guide, who didn't show up. The driver took us up to the pedestrian area and picked us up two hours later. He was very pleasant, though. The company didn't explain the reason for his absence. Even so, it's a place worth visiting.

We were randomly dropped of in the middle of nowhere to picked up by another driver from the same company. This was not anounced and felt extremely sketchy. The second driver used his phone while driving. It was also overprized. We would have liked more time on mount Vesuvius, now we only had 1h40. Half an hour more would have been nice to explore at a more relaxed pace. Especially for this prize.

A descrição da atividade está errada. É somente um transfer, somente transporte de Nápoles até a entrada do parque. Ok, evitamos o trem lotado e o ônibus da estação até o parque, mas não vale o preço. O motorista te larga na entrada do parque, combina um horário de retorno (no meu caso foram 1:45, tempo suficiente), mas não existe guia em momento nenhum. Nem no caminho dentro da van, nem na subida a pé. Se existe algum guia do parque, desconheço porque nunca foi me passada essa informação. Ruim.

The description of the activity is wrong. It is just a transfer, just transportation from Naples to the entrance of the park. Okay, we avoided the crowded train and the bus from the station to the park, but it's not worth the price. Basicamente se trata de reservar un transporte que te deja a la entrada misma del parque del Vesubio y de la entrada al parque. Civitatis es el intermediario, ni mas ni menos. El precio es caro pero esto esta donde Cristo perdio el mechero y prefiero pagarlo a tener que pegarme 3-4km de cuestas sin fin y sin seguridad porque a pie no se puede ir por esa carretera. Muy buen traslado al Vesubio. Puntualisimo transporte y entradas al parque. Quizá el microbus algo estrecho en los asientos, pero dado el corto trayecto, soportable. Conductor atento y simpatiquisimo. A recomendar para visitar el Vesubio sin agobios. A tener en cuenta que si vas en coche privado, el parking está mucho más lejos. Podemos decir que bien en general. Recogida puntual y coche cómodo. Lo que no nos gustó nada es que el conductor no sabía por donde ir y estuvo todo el trayecto con el móvil en la mano acelerando y desacelerando. Conducción con una sola mano y mirando el móvil constantemente. Estuvimos sufriendo durante todo el trayecto.

Me equivoqué al marcar el punto de recogida, y anoche cuando llamé para confirmar no tuvieron problema en cambiarlo. El conductor fue muy amable, y durante el trayecto se hizo una pequeña cata de productos locales. El tiempo desde que nos deja el autobús hasta que debemos regresar al mismo para subir al cráter, me ha parecido muy justo. Hemos tenido que regresar al punto de encuentro corriendo para no perder el autobús. Además, la explicación del guía me ha sabido a poco. Me habría gustado una explicación más científica y menos superficial. Aún así, es impresionante caminar por el cráter de un volcán activo.

The time from when the bus drops us off until we have to return to it to go up to the crater seemed just right to me. We had to run back to the meeting point to avoid missing the bus. Additionally, the guide's explanation felt a bit lacking. I would have preferred a more scientific and less superficial explanation. Still, it is impressive to walk on the crater of an active volcano.
