Teníamos contratado la guía en inglés pero dado que mi madre entendía más el italiano que el inglés la guía se ofreció a cambiar de idioma. Fueron altamente ilustrativos e interesantes sus comentarios. No sé entiende una visita a este sitio sin un guía. Lo recomiendo.

Manque de détails historiques sur le château et la ville de Milan. Trop de temps passé sur la Pietà mais surtout qualité audio des supports pour écouter la guide exécrable ! Elle était inaudible la plupart du temps ou parasitée par des grésillements constants, et ce malgré les remarques des participants. Nécessité de de doter d'un micro casque, proche de la bouche pour la guide. Activité trop chère en rapport qualité prix. Nous sommes déçus.

Lack of historical details about the castle and the city of Milan. Too much time spent on the Pietà, but especially the audio quality of the devices to listen to the guide was terrible! It was inaudible most of the time or plagued by constant static, despite participants' remarks. There is a need to equip the guide with a microphone close to the mouth. Activity too expensive in relation to quality-price. We are disappointed.

We left the "tour" after 30 minutes. The tour guide did not speak English that we could understand and it appeared no one else could as well. The absence of listening equipment made hearing her a challenge on a busy Saturday. But even when we could hear her we could not understand her heavily accented "English". We used the Museums audio system that was excellent. We recommend skipping your tour and just get the map and audio guide.
